The following pictures were taken in and around the Don Valley Brickworks in Toronto.
As the name suggests it was a factory and quarry making bricks for over 100 years. Many notable Toronto buildings include
bricks from the Brickworks: Casa Loma, Osgoode Hall, Massey Hall, the Ontario Legislature, and so on. More recently, the "industrial pad" portion of the Brickworks was leased by Evergreen to renovate and expand the buildings, run a farmers market, etc.... For more deatails see:
