AGO Picasso exhibit - frame

There is an excellent combination of scultpture, drawings, and paintings in the Musee National Picasso exhibit at the AGO. Many of the paintings are floating within a larger frame, giving you a view of the mechanics of the painting; something above and beyond (or around and behind?) the images we're used to seeing in photographs and prints of the art.

about seemsArtless

This is my long standing photoblog - think Instagram before Instagram. Back in 2004 I bought a Canon digital 10D with a great lens, and thought I'd force myself to take lots of pictures. The site contains more than 1,300 photos, so safe to say I have the quantity part taken care of.

Be sure to say hi if you see me on the street!
