An illustration of a "Miniature of Christ holding a labarum with a serpent at the top" from the Carmina regia: The Address of Prato to Robert of Anjou by Convenevole da Prato from roughly 1335. It was presented to the British Museum by George II in 1757 as part of the Old Royal Library.

This is my long standing photoblog - think Instagram before Instagram. Back in 2004 I bought a Canon digital 10D with a great lens, and thought I'd force myself to take lots of pictures. The site contains more than 1,300 photos, so safe to say I have the quantity part taken care of.
