Elphin Apartments

(A duplicate today.) This otherwise nondescript building, just north of the Canadian Museum of Nature, had personality because it had a name AND this image on the side.

A Google search only turned up one interesting quote, where someone said they were going to write a blog entry entitled "Why you should never live in The Elphin Apartments..." but I couldn't find it. I'm sure there are way more stories, but no one is talking.
