This is St. George's Anglican Church on the south east corner of Lake Simcoe, not far from The Briars and Sutton.
It is a wonderful old church, first built in 1877, and the cemetery is the final resting place of
Stephen Butler Leacock (1869 - 1944). Literary Lapses, Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town and Arcadian Adventures with the Idle Rich are some of Stephen Leacock's most famous works.

This is my long standing photoblog - think Instagram before Instagram. Back in 2004 I bought a Canon digital 10D with a great lens, and thought I'd force myself to take lots of pictures. The site contains more than 1,300 photos, so safe to say I have the quantity part taken care of.
Be sure to say hi if you see me on the street!
