Great Wall of China - Mutianyu section

Just one quick photo from the Great Wall today - likely the last photo I'll post 'live' from China, but no doubt I'll find more to post once I'm home, working with a proper screen, not just from the laptop in a hotel room.

The Great Wall itself is an amazing structure, but it is the hills and mountains that it was built on that make it truly spectacular.

This is my long standing photoblog - think Instagram before Instagram. Back in 2004 I bought a Canon digital 10D with a great lens, and thought I'd force myself to take lots of pictures. The site contains more than 1,300 photos, so safe to say I have the quantity part taken care of.
